The guest tax and any additional costs depend on the type of apartment and occupancy.

Booking conditions:

• 30% of the total amount is due on the day of booking
• The remaining 70% no later than 10 days before arrival
• No refund for later cancellation
• A 100% refundable security deposit (depending on apartment type) is required on the day of arrival

Registration and guest card with included guest tax:

In Guarda (municipality of Scuol), all guests must register. Personalized guest cards are created using the information provided. Guests aged 12 and over pay CHF 5.00 per person per night for the guest card, which includes the guest tax. Children aged 6 to 11 also receive a personalized guest card and benefit from its services free of charge.

A complete list of offers can be found at: https://www.engadin.com/de/gaestekarte – including free use of public transport in the region (also applies to dogs). For guests arriving by public transport, a ticket to Lavin is sufficient. The onward journey to Guarda is covered by the guest card.

Cancellation policy:

Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

House rules:

The house rules are described in the guest folder and will be sent to the primary guest who made the booking three days before arrival. The primary guest is responsible for reading the house rules and ensuring that all fellow travelers are aware of them.
