Tourist taxes and any additional charges depend on the type of accommodation and the number of guests.
Direct bookings made through our website are 15–18% cheaper than bookings made via online booking platforms. To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required (50% for stays longer than 14 days).
Booking Conditions:
- 30% of the total booking amount is due on the day of booking.
- The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made after payment according to these terms.
- A 100% refundable security deposit (depending on the accommodation type) must be provided on the day of arrival.
Tourist Registration & Guest Card:
In accordance with local regulations, all guests must be registered for the tourist tax. Based on the information provided during the online check-in, a personalised guest card will be issued for each guest.
Guests aged 12 years and older are subject to the local tourist tax per night. Children aged 6 to 11 years also receive a guest card free of charge with the full range of benefits.
The guest card includes, among other advantages, free use of public transportation throughout the region, including for dogs. A complete overview of all included benefits can be found here: Guest Cards.
Online Check-in:
The online check-in must be completed in full before arrival. The lead guest is responsible for providing the correct information for all accompanying guests.
Only after the online check-in has been successfully completed and, where applicable, the security deposit has been provided, will the guest cards, digital guest guide and access information for the accommodation be released.
Security Deposit:
The security deposit will be pre-authorised on your credit card and released within 7 working days after departure, provided that:
- you have checked out on time;
- all keys have been returned on the day of departure (loss of keys will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit);
- no damage or excessive cleaning caused by the guest has occurred; and
- no outstanding charges remain.
Cancellation Policy:
If we are able to re-rent the accommodation for the same period, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If no replacement booking can be found, the deposit will be retained, as the accommodation was reserved exclusively for you.
We value long-term relationships with our guests and therefore encourage cancellations as early as possible, allowing us sufficient flexibility to secure a replacement booking.
In exceptional circumstances, we will of course consider goodwill solutions whenever possible.
House Rules & Digital Guest Guide:
The house rules form an integral part of the digital guest guide, which is made available to the lead guest before arrival.
The lead guest agrees to read the house rules, share the guest guide link with all accompanying guests, and ensure that all guests are familiar with and comply with the house rules throughout their stay.
